Do I need design skills?
No. You work with ready-made templates and drag elements onto the page. The editor always shows exactly what the printed result will look like.
Which businesses is EATula for?
For restaurants, cafés, bistros, bars, hotels, bakeries and food trucks – anywhere an appealing, well-kept menu is needed.
Can I try EATula for free?
Yes. With the Starter plan you can try the editor for free and create your first menu.
Editor & features
Can a dish have several prices?
Yes. Each dish can have any number of prices and sizes – for example glasses, portions or menu variants.
How do allergens work?
You mark allergens directly on the dish; the editor automatically turns them into a clean legend on the menu.
Can I use my own fonts and logo?
Yes. You can upload your own fonts and adapt the look to your brand with themes, colours and your logo.
Can I add photos to individual dishes?
Yes. Dish photos can be placed right next to the relevant items – appetising and clear.
Designer & service
What designer support is available?
Three ways: you design it yourself, a professional reviews and corrects your menu for a flat fee, or our professionals take over completely – design, data entry and photos.
What does designer support cost?
The review starts at a flat fee of €49. If we do the work, we bill transparently per hour: design €59/hr, data entry €39/hr, photography €79/hr. Fixed price on request.
How does menu approval work?
Via the approval workflow: your menu is reviewed and approved – only then does the final version go live.
Pricing & contract
What's the difference between monthly and yearly?
Yearly you pay once in advance and get a lower monthly price. Monthly is cancellable after one month and more flexible, but costs noticeably more per month.
Can I cancel any time?
On the monthly plan you can cancel any time after one month. The yearly plan runs for the booked term.
Are there any extra costs?
All prices are plus VAT. Designer support is optional and is only charged if you add it.
